Get ready for an unforgettable evening of classic country music as the Marion Bridge Community Centre proudly presents Country Night on Sunday, July 26th at 6:00 PM!
Headlining the evening is Evelyn MacRae, one of Cape Breton’s most beloved entertainers and a proud inductee of the Nova Scotia Country Music Hall of Fame. Known affectionately as “Cape Breton’s Rose,” Evelyn has spent decades sharing her heartfelt country music across Atlantic Canada. From classic country favourites and gospel to Irish tunes and Cape Breton classics, her incredible repertoire of thousands of songs—and more than 100 originals—has made her a treasured performer for generations. Beyond the stage, Evelyn is celebrated for her dedication to community, performing countless benefit concerts and bringing music to seniors and audiences throughout the island.
