Chi Kung (Exercise classes) are held every Saturday from 11.00 am to 11:45 am at the Community Hall in Marion Bridge.
Chi Kung ( the self healing art)
(Chi )meaning vital energy and (kung) meaning exercise or practice or practice. Together the words describe any age-old practice that harnesses the power of breath, movement and intention setting to create health and balance within the body in order to promote healing.
The classes are free of charge.
